Adult Swimming Lessons

You will work on:
Overcoming fear and building comfort in the water
Floating, breath control, and water safety fundamentals
Learning or improving the four main strokes
Building strength, endurance, and efficient technique
Skills for both fitness swimming and recreational confidence
